Step 1: Go to “Control Panel” of your windows.

Step 2: Select “Regional and Language Options”.

Step 3: Click “Customize” button.

Step 4: Select “Time” tab from opened window.

Step 5: Change the “AM” and “PM” symbols as you want.
(e.g. AM John & PM John).
